The screen orientation detection - portrait versus landscape - does not work most of the time when you click on a link. There are too many notifications. The links to more news brings up very old events - some are many months old!

The app is now showing 30 second commercial for every video clip. Can I give it a negative star? What is up with background loading of ads when app is in background ?

I use this app every AM and watch the weather video. With this latest update after David, etc., does the report, the app crashes. Never happened before. NEEDS FIXING! Also the increased ads are annoying. I NEVER see a single product I would ever buy.

To just see news stories, its OK, but you might want to turn off the alerts…therere just too frequent. I suggest giving the user options on how often the alerts come; I think it should only go out when you would break into current programming, or put up the ticker tape on at the bottom of the screen.
