The app is now showing 30 second commercial for every video clip. Can I give it a negative star? What is up with loading of ads when app is in background ?

So many endless ads its unbearable to use this app.

According to my settings, the 6abc app was hogging over 400 MB of space in my iCloud backup.

The commercials are a deal breaker. Dont know how long they are, cant end them without getting out of the app and the quantity of them for every video link is unacceptable. Im out.

Although this app is pretty ok in design and user interface. I rated it one star simply because this app will make you depressed. I have literally screenshot all of the days alerts from this app and the look a little something like this: "2 year old dies in house fire", "6 killed in overnight shooting", "womans body found in river", "man struck and killed by sept train" ...etc. I really wish WPVI would add more GOOD NEWS to the alerts to help balance this app out more. If not, I will almost certainly remove this app as I am TIRED of getting upset due to constant negative news stories.

The ads are terrible. You have to watch the same stupid video every time this app is horrible going to find a new one with less junk associated with it.

When Im trying to get the news about one subject or another, no one wants to sit through 30seconds of ads, you cant stop it you cant go back its very annoying, so for this reason Im deleting it, Ill try another news station app.

Ads, Ads, and more Ads!! I will check out the other network news

Im trying to view a video of a robbery that took place and Im being forced to watch a 28 second advertisement. Its ok to watch ads before some videos, but not all of them.

Every time you want to watch a story you have to watch the ad again!! Its annoying! I get the whole pay the bill thing but cut the ad time or amount of ads down. Please!!

Its not enough to have ads at every click of a news video, but to now have them play out without an option to stop or return to the headlines and previous page - No wonder NJ never allowed ads on the NJTP, a while back anyway. Good-bie Action News.

Horrible. Makes you watch an advertisement usually 30seconds long before you can watch any video. After you watch the ad and the vid clip your wanted to watch the ad plays in the background. Very aggravating.

Havent been able to get weather maps to animate in a while

To watch a news clip you have to sit through a 30 second commercial with no way to cancel out of it except to close the app. Most news clips are shorter than the commercial.

Use this app daily. Find it informative. Last update didnt work. Weather causes app to crash. Please fix this bug again.

Selecting "Weather" from menu closes the app. Deleted and re-installed app with same result. Please fix!

I just wish I could modify the notifications there are tooo many and sometimes not important at all. It makes me want to delete the app and just wait for the 11 oclock show

The only thing I dont like about this app are the ads before videos. There are too many.

Sports scores cut into out of no where in to live broadcast you miss the story and then it cuts back to live broadcast in time for commercial break you never able to see or hear the news broadcast in full
